Fred Perry x Nicholas Daley

Fred Perry is a UK fashion brand with a rich heritage within British Sub Culture.

This capsule collection was developed in collaboration with designer Nicholas Daley, blending his distinct aesthetic with the brand’s product and commercial goals.

My role centred on translating Daley’s creative vision into production ready garments while managing technical execution, supplier coordination, and timelines.

Deliverables

  • Creative collaboration : Worked closely with Nicholas Daley team to ensure his brand vision and design language were maintained throughout every stage of product development.

  • Supplier partnership : Identified and partnered with a specialist suppliers capable of producing lower minimum order quantities (MOQs) to support a limited-edition release and align with collection quality.

  • Prototype development : Managed fit process alongside the garment technician and Nicholas Daley’s team, ensuring all feedback was accurately communicated to the supplier.

  • Material and trim approval : Oversaw approval of fabric and trim lab dips as well as knitdowns, maintaining consistency with the collection’s design intent and colour direction.

  • Launch Preparation : Coordinated the delivery of photoshoot and e-commerce samples ahead of launch to secure all campaign assets on schedule.
