R.A.D® is a performance footwear company founded by athletes and designers. The brand merges innovation and creativity to capture the euphoria of sport deeply rooted in its subculture and community.

For this project, I developed and produced bespoke jackets for athletes featured in a campaign shoot — garments designed to combine functionality, comfort, and brand expression.

Deliverables

  • Critical Path Management : Ensure key deadlines, including PO placement and ex-factory dates were met ahead of the campaign photoshoot.

  • Sourcing : Oversaw a limited production run for 15 athletes, sourcing in-stock fabric colours and jacket blocks that aligned with the brand’s aesthetic.

  • Trim development : Developed custom chenille patches and embroidered graphics, selecting thread colours consistent with the brand’s Pantone palette.

  • Athlete sizing : Coordinated closely with the athlete team to confirm accurate sizing for each individual.

  • Provided detailed patch placement specifications per size to maintain consistency across all garments for the shoot.
