Penfield channels that technical foundation into a contemporary lifestyle context—combining utility-driven silhouettes with bold colour blocking and clean, wearable styling. The result is outerwear that feels equally at home in the city as it does outdoors.

This project focused on a collaborative men’s and women’s apparel collection developed for retail launch.

Deliverables

  • Fabric Innovation : Developed and source performance fabrics, managing MOQ confirmation, pricing negotiations, and lab dip approvals to ensure colour and quality accuracy.

  • Fit & Sample Development : Coordinated with global suppliers to manage prototype and wearer trial timelines, ensuring all fit samples met brand specifications and were delivered to schedule.

  • Critical path management : Oversaw the development process to maintain alignment across production milestones and deadlines.

  • Label and trim development : Led the creation and development of labels, trims and packaging to aligned with Penfield’s aesthetic and visual identity.

  • Testing and Quality Assurance : Conducted fabric and trim testing to validate performance, durability, and compliance with global test standards.

  • Sample Management for Launch : Managed e-commerce and campaign photoshoot samples, ensuring all assets reflected the brand’s premium and performance-driven positioning.
